Our overarching goal is to help restore a healthy environment for all life to thrive. That's why we partner with nonprofit organizations that share our purpose and are doing measurable good work on behalf of environmental to social justice causes. Their financial health is important, too, so that our members can trust that the contribution they elect is being used effectively. We screened them through Charity Navigator (also a nonprofit organization), which has expertise in reviewing the detailed financial status of nonprofits and ranks them according to the percentage of income goes directly to core efforts (among other factors).
